These offerings may include the Sacred Theater® process — a guided experiential methodology developed by Sacred Company that integrates role-play, archetypal embodiment, emotional release, and somatic inquiry. Sacred Theater® is a proprietary transformational process used within live and virtual programs to support participants in safely exploring, expressing, and resolving relational and identity patterns through structured embodied practice.

Participants are responsible for managing their physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual boundaries at all times.

Sacred Language and Spiritual Neutrality Clause Sacred Company uses language and symbolic frameworks that may include references to "Sacred," "Spirituality," "Yoga," "Masculine/Feminine Energetics," "Divine," and similar archetypal or metaphysical terms. These are offered for personal growth and embodiment exploration and are not religious instruction. Participants voluntarily consent to the use of such language upon engagement.

Release of Liability Clause Participants agree to hold Sacred Company, LLC, Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC, and all affiliated entities, contractors, facilitators, and owners harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, demands, costs, and expenses arising from participation in our programs, courses, events, retreats, coaching containers, or community spaces.

By enrolling or participating in any Sacred Company offering, you irrevocably release and discharge Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC from all liability, known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly from your participation.

Media & Recording Consent Clause Participants understand and agree that all program sessions, community calls, and live events may be audio and/or video recorded by Sacred Company. By enrolling, participants grant consent to be recorded and acknowledge that these recordings may be used for educational, archival, and promotional purposes. If a participant wishes not to appear on camera or in recorded material, they must submit a written request to [email protected] at least 72 hours before any session or event. Requests made after that time may not be honored.

Misrepresentation & Identity Protection Clause Participants may not record, screenshot, screen record, save, download, copy, or share any part of Sacred Company’s materials, teachings, group calls, events, or community posts without prior written consent. Sacred Company also prohibits impersonation of its team members, fraudulent use of its brand identity, unauthorized use of logos, likeness, or program branding, and any misrepresentation of association on social media, websites, or third-party platforms. Any such impersonation or misuse constitutes fraud and will result in immediate removal from programs and potential legal action. Participants also agree not to impersonate, misrepresent, or fraudulently present themselves as affiliated with Sacred Company online or offline, including through the use of Sacred Company branding, social media content, or proprietary methods. Any attempt to steal, clone, or misrepresent Sacred Company’s intellectual property or identity is grounds for immediate removal and legal action. Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution will result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

Dispute Resolution Clause Sacred Company reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Legal Disclaimer at any time without notice. Any disputes arising from participation in Sacred Company offerings will be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California. Sacred Company does not consent to public litigation, class action, or jury trial. Non-Disparagement Clause Participants agree not to make, publish, or communicate—publicly or privately—any defamatory, false, misleading, or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements about Sacred Company, LLC, Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC, its founders, staff, facilitators, programs, or affiliates. This includes but is not limited to social media, reviews, videos, group forums, or direct messages. Breach of this clause constitutes reputational damage and may result in legal action, program removal without refund, and recovery of damages..
